The name, the moonshot, and how to get involved.
1337 is leetspeak for "leet", internet slang for elite.
Leetspeak replaces letters with numbers that look similar: E becomes 3, A becomes 4, T becomes 7, and L or I becomes 1.
Our vision is to make people elite through self-empowerment. Not by doing the work for them, but by helping them see what's in their way and fix it themselves.
We replaced the 1 with an i. It stands for self-authorship: taking responsibility for your results and choosing how you grow.
That principle shapes our products. In i337 Structure, managers set their own weekly goals and hold themselves accountable for progress. i337 Leet, which we're building now, is about learning by doing: practising real work situations without real-world risk.
Two companies can have the same target, operate in the same market and work equally hard, yet end the year in very different places. So can two people pursuing the same goal.
We want to understand why.
We start with companies, where the relationship between a target and an outcome can be examined through the decisions and actions that connect them. Each engagement can contribute to a library of organisational patterns, anonymised and with permission.
Our longer-term aim is to understand whether these patterns hold across other parts of life, from work and money to health and relationships.
i337 is built by Transcendental Technologies, Bengaluru. That name is the aim: helping people go beyond their limits and become elite, on their own terms.
The same patterns in how people read a situation, decide and act explain the gap, again and again.
We're not raising money right now. i337 grows through revenue, one company at a time.
If a company you've invested in has a team of 50 or more and wants to understand what shapes its results, introduce us.
We look at what shapes those results, independently, and help the team act on what we find from within, without new money. That lowers the risk on your investment and sets the company up to scale.
