How it works
First, we find what's holding your target back, with evidence. Then your managers fix it, with i337 alongside if you want us.
A pattern becomes a finding only when people in different teams describe it on their own, it keeps recurring, and we can show where it impacts the target.
In our previous assignment, we tracked 96 patterns. 42 made the cut.
Weeks 1 to 6: about one and a half to two hours per person in total.
Weeks 7 to 12: one setup session, where the sponsor and an i337 facilitator turn the company target into each manager's goals. Then about 15 minutes a week for each manager: 5 minutes to agree the week's goal, and a 2-minute daily check-in.
At the Week 6 readout, an i337 facilitator takes you through the findings, with your senior leaders where needed, and together you decide what to fix first and how. The dashboard shows:

Structure turns the fixes into a weekly goal and a daily action for each manager. Every week, you see which actions got done.
This works for every finding, including the market. If the fix is a new price or a different customer, Structure turns it into weekly goals for the managers who carry it out.

Each fee is set by scope and agreed before we start. We never take a share of results, so we have no reason to find a bigger problem than the one you have.
The fee for your company is worked out on a 30-minute call.
From a real report, anonymised. The CEO said the company had reached 60 to 70% of its target for about ten years. Across more than 50 people in about a dozen departments, interviews and daily notes, the report ranked six findings and recommended five fixes. Two of them:
Every company's pattern is its own. Finding yours is what Signal is for.

Six weeks for Signal. Six more for Structure, only if you choose it after the readout.
A clear target, time with you at the start and at the readout, and people at every level. Each person spends about one and a half to two hours across the six weeks.
Your team proposes the list, and we check it covers each function and every level, from the head of each team to the front line.
We start from the evidence either way. It shows what's holding the target back, and what to fix first.
Individual answers are never attributed to named people. Raw interview material is never shared with the company. Findings are reported as patterns, not judgments of individuals. We agree written data-handling terms before we collect anything.
Yes, to help read and organise material. The diagnosis runs on i337's own method, and a person reviews the evidence and decides every finding. We check each service's settings and terms before using it.
No. Our previous assignment was with a manufacturer, but the four areas we check exist in every company: the market, the strategy, the alignment and the execution.
It depends on how many people and teams take part. After a 30-minute call, we send you a proposal with the fee.
No. A fee agreed up front keeps the diagnosis honest: we have no reason to find a bigger problem than the one you have.
Nobody can honestly promise that. You'll know what to fix first, and see each week whether it's being fixed. That's usually what gets revenue moving.
